Product(s) will be shipped within 3 working days once it is released. The expected release & shipping date of pre-order products will be clearly indicated in each product description. Any changes or delays will be notified in advance.
Estimated time of delivery: (a) West Malaysia: 1 – 3 working days (b) East Malaysia: 7 – 12 working days (c) International : 9 – 18 working days
Order(s) that have entered the shipping process (once the tracking number is sent to the recipient) cannot be modified. Update of shipping information (recipient, contact number, address, etc.) can be made only for orders that have not been shipped by sending us an email at hello@139.180.143.118.
Cancellation/Refund is not possible once the order(s) is placed.
Exchanges must be done within 5 working days for Malaysia order(s) and 10 working days for International order(s), starting from the day the goods are delivered to you. (Please refer to Refund/Exchange Policyfor the details and guideline for exchange.)
